Gluten Free Brazilian Cheese Bread Rolls


Ingredients:

2 cups of tapioca flour

4 ounce block of cheddar cheese, grated

1 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated 

⅔ cup of milk 

⅓ cup of olive oil 

2 eggs 

1 tsp of salt 


Directions: 

Step 1- Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute. 

Step 3-Pour batter into greased mini muffin tin

Step 4-Bake rolls for 17-20 minutes or until lightly golden. Let them cool and enjoy!
