Peanut Butter Crispy Cups


Ingredients:

4 cups of rice crispys 

2 3/4 cups of chocolate chips 

3/4 cup of peanut butter 

1/4 cup of honey 

6 tbsp of butter 

1 tsp of vanilla 

10 oz bag of marshmallows 

3 Reese’s peanut butter cups

Directions:

Step 1- Microwave peanut butter, marshmallows, and butter together, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.

Step 2- Mix together the Rice Krispie cereal, honey and vanilla into a large bowl.

Step 3- fold the marshmallow mixture into the bowl of cereal.

Step 4- Scoop a spoonful of the mixture into a greased muffin tin and refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Step 5- Microwave chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted.

Step 6- Spread chocolate onto the chilled cereal cups and sprinkle on chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

Step 7- Refrigerate for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
