Gluten Free Pizza
Ingredients-
1 box of Simple Mills Almond Flour Artisan Bread mix ( follow flatbread directions)
1 ½-2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
¾ cup pizza/tomato sauce
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
Any additional toppings
Directions-
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease/prepare sheet pan.
Step 2: For the crust prepare Simple Mills Artisan Bread mix as directed.
Step 3: Flatten dough in sheet pan to form the crust and sprinkle on Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Step 4: Bake crust for 5 minutes
Step 5: Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle cheese and additional toppings evenly on the crust.
Step 6: Bake pizza for 8-10 minutes and serve.
Zucchini fries
Ingredients-
2 large zucchini
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup gluten free panko bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp water
Directions-
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a greased sheet pan.
Step 2: Combine egg and water to create an egg wash.
Step 3: Mix breadcrumbs and cheese together.
Step 4: Cut zucchini into french fry shaped sticks and dip them into the egg wash. Then coat them in the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
Step 5: Place zucchini sticks on the sheet pan, bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy, and serve.
