Ingredients-
½ cup milk
2 scoops of vanilla flavored whey protein powder
2 ½ tsp peanut butter
2 tsp strawberry jam
8-10 full frozen strawberries
2 ice cubes
Toppings (fresh fruit, nuts, granola, coconut, etc.)
Step 1: Pour all ingredients into the blender and blend.
Step 2: Pour into a cup, and sprinkle on toppings. Enjoy!
